Colorado Water Quality Forum Retreat
The Lodge and Spa at Breckenridge
August 2-3, 2004
Issues List
(Word doc)
Below is the proposed agenda for the August
2-3, 2004 annual retreat. A draft list of water quality issues for Water
Quality Forum planning purposes is available here.
As indicated on the agenda, Geoff Grubbs with EPA Headquarters will
be joining us on August 2. He is the Director of the Office of Science
and Technology and is ultimately responsibility for EPA's water quality
criteria and standards program, as well as the development of effluent
limitations guidelines for point source discharges. We have asked him
to provide us with an update on the current and anticipated priorities
and direction of EPA.
The retreat will
be at The Lodge and Spa at Breckenridge. From Interstate 70 take
exit 203 (Highway 9) and proceed south on Highway 9 through Frisco,
Colorado approximately ten miles to the town of Breckenridge. Drive
south along Main Street until you reach the south end of Breckenridge.
Turn left at Boreas Pass Road (last stop light in town) and continue
two miles up the mountain until you see Overlook Drive on your right.
Turn right on Overlook Drive just past the Lodge and Spa sign into the
entrance of The Lodge and Spa at Breckenridge.
