Colorado Water Quality Forum Retreat
Hotel Colorado--June 26-27, 2002
Draft Agenda

Please RSVP for the retreat by Friday, May 24th to either the hotel or the Centers (see the instructions below). The Hotel Colorado in Glenwood Springs was selected as the location this year based on your input at the retreat last year. The following are the package rates which include the hotel room, breakfast, both lunches, a Bar-B-Q (compliments of the Colorado River Water Conservation District), breaks, and the conference room:

Single occupancy package rate (inclusive of tax) $159.24/person
Double occupancy package rate (inclusive of tax) $106.87/person

If you are planning on staying overnight at the hotel, you should call the The Hotel Colorado at 1-800-554-3998 to RSVP and make arrangements to pay the hotel directly. Be sure to mention "account # WQF" for the special rates.

If you are not staying the night but plan to be at the meetings during the day, the meal package rate (inclusive of tax and gratuity) is $54.50/person for both days. You must RSVP to Stephanie Samano at the Centers (303/820 5670) and make a check payable to CU-Denver at the address listed above.
