Proposed Agenda
To: Water Quality Forum Participants
From: Lisa Carlson, Facilitator
Subject: Annual Retreat
Attached is the proposed agenda for the June
26-27, 2003 annual retreat and a draft list of water quality issues
for Water Quality Forum planning purposes. Please RSVP for the retreat
by Friday, May 30th to either the hotel or the Centers (see the instructions
below). The retreat will be at The Inn at Keystone. From 1-70, take
Exit 205 (Dillon-Silverthorne) and turn east on Hwy 6. Go approximately
10 miles just past mile marker 216 and turn right on Rasor Drive and
then take an immediate left. The Inn is a six-story salmon colored hotel.
Call the front desk at 970-468-1334 if you have any problems finding
the hotel.
The following are the package rates which include
the hotel room, two breakfasts and lunches, dinner, breaks, and the
conference room:
Single occupancy package rate (inclusive of
tax) $178.31/person
Double occupancy package rate (inclusive of tax) $130.76/person
If you are planning on staying overnight at
the hotel, you should call The Inn directly at 1-800-258-0437 to RSVP
and make arrangements to pay the hotel directly. If your organization
is tax exempt, the reservation office will deduct the tax from the total.
Be sure to mention group code "CC1CCUD" for the special rates.
If you are not staying the night but plan to
be at the meetings during the day, the meal package rate (inclusive
of tax and gratuity) is $83.21/person for both days. You must RSVP to
Stephanie Samano at the Centers (303/820-5670) and make a check payable
to CU-Denver at the address listed above.
Should the cost of the retreat be prohibitive
for your organization, there are a few scholarships available. Please
call Lisa Carlson for details at 303-820-5662. I look forward to seeing
you in June
