Water Quality Forum Annual Evaluation

What worked well in the past year?

  • Web information posted on site
  • Having the meetings scheduled in advance
  • The working groups
  • Knowing the WQCC priorities for working groups
  • Large turnouts at all of the meetings

What do we need to change or didn't work well?

  • Send out invoices in May
  • Trading working group needs environmental and Forest Service participation [Jeannette will ask Melinda to get someone]
  • Need more involvement from Federal Agencies and Industry
  • Stormwater people are not attending as much as needed
  • Should we use a list serve? [Web Site Committee will work on this]
  • The WQCC needs to be briefed more regularly on work group activities [Let Paul know when significant issues surface]

After listing all of the issues, The Water Quality Forum completed a triage of these issues into:
