FACILITY MAPPING

In order to properly assess the number of current and planned Membrane Facilities, please send the following information to Kipp Scott with ECCV.
1) GIS Location: either Latitude or longitude, or X - Y coordinates.
Alternatively a street address would work
2) Capacity of treatment facility - MGD. Initial flow and build out if in phases
3) Volume of RO discharges, initial and build out
4) Location of Discharge if not at the same site of treatment facility
5) Technologies or techniques to be used concerning residuals.
6) If currently discharging, description of discharge method. i.e. surface water, waste water, groundwater injection, etc.
